Secondary education (completed, 20-35 yrs) measures the proportion of 20-35 year olds who have completed upper secondary education. It broadly follows the definition of SDG indicator 4.1.2 Completion rate (upper secondary education).
Data Source: DHS
The following data are considered for this analysis:
• Individual data for women and men ages 20 - 35 (PR-Household Member Recode)
• Completed secondary refers to completed grade 11 at the secondary level or completed grade 10 at the secondary level and has a general education school diploma ("attestat" as in older Soviet educational system terminology).
The standard LNOB analysis for the Secondary education (completed, 20-35 yrs) indicator includes the following circumstances:
• Wealth of the household: top 60 or bottom 40 (of the wealth distribution)
• Residence: urban or rural
• Sex: male or female
