The youth NEET rate follows the definition of SDG indicator 8.6.1 and refers to the percentage of women age 15-24 year old who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).

The following data are considered for this analysis: 
• Women, ages 15 - 24 (WM-Individual Women's Survey)

The standard LNOB analysis for the youth NEET rate includes the following circumstances: 
• Wealth of the household: top 60 or bottom 40 (of the wealth distribution)
• Residence: urban or rural
• Age group: 15-17, 18-22, 23-24
• Number of children birthed: none (<0.5), 1 or more (>0.5), 2 or more (>1.5), 3 or more (>2.5), fewer than 2 (<1.5), fewer than 3 (<2.5)
