Early childhood education broadly follows the definition of SDG indicator 4.2.2 Participation rate in organized learning. The age range considered is 36-59 months.

• Children between 36 and 59 months of age (CH - Under-five Survey) who are attending some form of organized early childhood education programme.

Skilled birth attendance broadly follows the definition of SDG indicator 3.1.2 Proportion of births attended by skilled health personnel. However, it refers to the proportion of women (rather than births) who have given birth with the attendance of skilled health personnel in the past 2 years.
