Mobile Phone (Household) follows the definition of SDG indicator 5.b.1 to enhance the use of enabling technology, in particular information and communications technology, to promote the empowerment of women.
Note: This indicator deviates from SDG 5.b.1 as it is composed at the household level and includes either men or women aged 15-49 that own a mobile phone in the household.
Data Source: MICS
The following data are considered for this analysis:
• Households: Households are considered as owning a mobile phone if any household member owns mobile telephone.
GeorgiaMICS2018Disability
The analysis "including disability", is formulated with additional circumstances added to the standard model. Georgia 2018 MICS includes the following classifications of disability:
• No difficulty
• Some difficulty
• Severe difficulty*
* MICS has two answers (3) a lot of difficulty & (4) Cannot "see/hear/walk..." at all. For our analysis we consider 3&4 as "Severe difficulty"

Leaving No One Behind (LNOB) tool helps discover how different circumstances interact to create unequal access to basic opportunities in Asia and the Pacific. The LNOB country brief for Georgia provides insights into which groups are further ahead and further behind in various SDG indicators and where the biggest gaps are found in terms of access to opportunities or prevalence of barriers between the furthest behind and the furthest ahead groups in Georgia.
