ICT skills broadly measures SDG indicator 4.4.1 Percentage of women and men who have carried out at least one of nine specific computer related activities during the last 3 months.

The following data is considered for this analysis:
• Individuals: Women ages 15-49 (WM- Individual Women’s Survey)

The standard LNOB analysis for ICT skills includes the following circumstances:
• Wealth of the household: top 60 or bottom 40 per cent of the household wealth distribution
• Residence: urban or rural
• Education: lower (primary or less), secondary or higher
• Age: 15-24, 25-34, 35-49
