ICT Skills (for all countries with both women and men recodes)
ICT skills broadly measures SDG indicator 4.4.1 Percentage of women and men who have carried out at least one of 12 specific computer related activities during the last 3 months.
Data Source: MICS
The following data is considered for this analysis:
• Individuals: Women and men ages 15-49 (WM- Individual Women’s Survey and MN- Individual Men’s Survey)
The standard LNOB analysis for ICT skills include the following circumstances:
• Wealth of the household: top 60 or bottom 40 per cent of the household wealth distribution
• Residence: urban or rural
• Education: lower (primary or less), secondary or higher
• Sex: female or male
• Age: 15-24, 25-34 or 35-49
Note: Starting from MICS 7, relative weights for women/men combined sample are used instead of women's/men's sample weight.
