Electricity follows the definition of SDG indicator 7.1.1 Proportion of population with access to electricity.

The following data are considered for this analysis:
• Household-level data
• Primary source of lighting is the government or national grid, mini-grid or micro-grid solar, or solar home system.

The standard LNOB analysis for Electricity includes the following circumstances:
• Expenditure per capita of the household: top 60 or bottom 40 (of the distribution)
• Residence: urban, rural or estate
• Level of education attained by the household head: no education, primary, secondary or post-secondary
• Sex of household head: female or male
