Mobile Phone (Household) follows the definition of SDG indicator 5.b.1 to enhance the use of enabling technology, in particular information and communications technology, to promote the empowerment of women.

Note: This indicator deviates from SDG 5.b.1 as it is composed at the household level and includes either men or women aged 15-49 that own a mobile phone in the household.

Bank account (Household) measures the proportion of households with at least one household member with an account at a bank (household-level). Clean fuel follows the definition of SDG indicator 7.1.2 Proportion of population with primary reliance on clean fuels and technology.

Basic drinking water follows the definition of SDG indicator 1.4.1 Use of drinking water from an improved source that is available with a collection time of not more than 30 minutes for a round trip, including queuing. This indicator is also related to: 6.1.1 Proportion of population using safely managed drinking water services.

Birth registration follows the definition of SDG indicator 16.9.1 Percentage of children under age 5 whose births are reported registered with a civil authority.

Early childhood education broadly follows the definition of SDG indicator 4.2.2 Participation rate in organized learning. The age range considered is 36-59 months.
