Mobile Phone (Household) follows the definition of SDG indicator 5.b.1 to enhance the use of enabling technology, in particular information and communications technology, to promote the empowerment of women.

Note: This indicator deviates from SDG 5.b.1 as it is composed at the household level and includes any household member that owns a mobile phone in the household.
